Technologic flow:

Vacuum freeze dried fruit is called FD fruit for short. It is a high advanced technology to process FD fruit, fresh material should firstly be treated before further processing and be refrigerated down the critical temperature, then put the freezing material into a closed container and lower the pressure to let ice-crystal inside the material sublimate and move off in vapor, so the material was dried. Compared with common heat dried product, the color, shape, nutrition, flavor and aroma of FD food were fully reserved. After vacuum freezing, FD food can be stored for a long time at normal temperature, it recovers immediately after absorbing water almost like the fresh one.
